Following a short Acupuncture course in London in 2013 where I fell in love with Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture, I enrolled at Glyndwr University to learn more about Medical Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. I had decided that I needed a more structured environment for my studies because it is such a diverse subject, with so many different areas of expertise. 

 

Having successfully completed a three-year BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture, specialising in Traditional Chinese Medicine, I achieved a 1st class BSc Honours degree, which included 400+ hours of clinical practice. During this time I worked with many patients, with ailments ranging from back pain, tennis/golf elbow, adhesive capsulitis, poly- myalgia rheumatica, and muscular injuries to migraines, tinnitus, asthma, sexual health, parkinson's disease, bipolar disorder, stress management, and other neurological, respiratory, pain management and gynaecological conditions. 

 

Additionally, I have done further training in abdominal, scalp, Korean, facial, and micro-systems Acupuncture and am currently undertaking a MSc to further enhance my clinical skills, and ensure I am able to support my patients to the best of my ability.  Overall, I am extremely passionate about Medical Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and this degree has given me the opportunity to set up my clinic to help others.

 

I am also a qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner and have been working within the holistic therapy industry as a Neals Yard Consultant for nearly fifteen years. I am also fully trained in ESPA and Caudalie having worked as a Spa Therapist, at The Cottons Hotel and Spa for ten years during my time studying at University.

 

Other treatments I am able to offer include; Tuina, Guasha, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Aromatherapy, Facial/Scalp massage or Reflexology, if required.

In April 2025 I was very lucky to have been given the opportunity to work at Delamere Health rehabilitation clinic. Delamere is a beautiful clinic set in the Cheshire countryside, it has given me the chance to further enhance my practice, supporting people upon their healing journey, which as with my own clinic, is very rewarding.
